Needs analysis and goal setting
After contacting us, your needs will be clarified and we will take a close look at what you want to achieve with the workshop or consultation or what problems need to be solved.
Concept:
The results of the needs assessment determine the exact procedure. Sometimes a workshop in a team makes sense, sometimes individual counselling is sufficient. Either way, different methodological approaches are used to achieve maximum impact.
Implementation and realisation:
We are extremely flexible. The implementation of the core topics takes place in your company or externally, on a single day or over a longer period of time, in persona or virtually - completely adapted to your needs.
Your investment
My consultations and workshops are tailor-made and always depend on the individual situation and your needs. In general, I work with an hourly rate of CHF 120.- excluding travel expenses and the costs for my consulting result from the preparation, the actual implementation and the follow-up.

As a federally qualified hotelier/restaurateur HF, I have been able to gather a wide range of experience in the hotel business, industry and commerce, including as head of order management, head of the quality team and sales manager. I not only like to pass on knowledge, but also like to learn myself. That’s why I’m currently studying business at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and will receive my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in summer 2022.
